TechTV needed a show about film visual FX. And there was no way we could afford graphics that could visually compete with the content we were presenting. So we opted for concept over execution - the concept being virtual worlds via the bluescreen.

One nice thing was finally getting to use "Chickadee," a stop-motion biped robot that an old friend and co-worker Mike Murnane designed.
